House plunged into darkness after neighbour builds eight-foot fence

A family was plunged into darkness after a neighbour put up an eight-foot fence that covers their windows.
Builder Michael Fitzsimons erected the tall fence just 12 inches from Rob Shepherd’s home after the pair had several arguments, Rob told The Sun.
