Humber Bridge goes cashless after Covid-enforced success

The Humber Bridge will not return to cash tolls once the pandemic is over.
The board has welcomed users embracing alternative payments enforced by Covid-19, and decided it will officially go cashless from January 1, ending almost 40 years of coinage – and early paper pound notes.
