New footage reveals the final exchange between Renee Good, her wife and the ICE agents before the unarmed woman was killed.
Video filmed by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent Jonathan ‘Jon’ Ross who shot Renee Nicole Good appears to show an agent call her a ‘f*****g b***h’ as shots are fired.
The new video, which emerged today, shows Good, 37, sitting smiling and unarmed behind the wheel of her car in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on Wednesday as she talks to Ross.
Obtained by a Minnesota outlet Alpha News, Good can be heard saying ‘that’s fine dude. I’m not mad’ before the phone camera pans to her wife, Rebecca Good, 40, who is standing outside the Honda Pilot.
Rebecca, who is also filming with her phone, tells the agent to ‘show his face’ before asking him ‘you want to come at us?’ in the final moments before the violence.
One of the agents then orders Good to ‘get out of the car’ before she appears to try to reverse and move away, while Rebecca urges her wife to ‘drive baby, drive’ as onlookers began yelling.
Ross’s camera suddenly drops as he shouts ‘whoa’ as Good’s car moves.
Good was killed after Ross fired three shots, with one hitting her in the head through the windscreen.
As the shots are fired, an agent can be heard calling the mother-of-three a ‘f*****g b***h.’
The killing has sparked mass protests across US cities and in Minneapolis, where non-lethal rounds were fired at demonstrators and some were detained.
Video clip shared on social media appears to show a police officer kicking candles at a memorial believed to be for Good before being challenged by a protester, but it is not known where the footage was filmed.
US vice president JD Vance added fuel to the flames by reposting the video and insisting that the ICE agent acted in self-defense.
Vance wrote on X: ‘Watch this, as hard as it is.
‘Many of you have been told this law enforcement officer wasn’t hit by a car, wasn’t being harassed, and murdered an innocent woman. The reality is that his life was endangered and he fired in self defense.’
Democrats have disputed claims by Donald Trump’s administration accusing Good of intentionally trying to hit the agent, who is part of the controversial immigration enforcement squad carrying out raids in US cities and detaining hundreds of people.
