Demand for UK industrial and logistics space continued to grow and fared better than many other commercial property sectors over a challenging last 12 months, according to research by global property consultancy Knight Frank.
Its research shows the total take up in Wales during 2020 for industrial units over 50,000 sq ft was 2.74 million sq ft from 18 recorded transactions.
