Innovation centre on former Tyneside shipyard site renovated for offshore sector
A project to revamp an innovation centre created on one of the North East’s best known industrial sites has been completed.
The £1.75m scheme saw the vacant upper three floors of the Centre for Innovation (CFI) at Swans refurbished to meet demand from the offshore energy and subsea sectors.
