‘It sounds like a headache’: Mystery sound plagues Brooklyn neighborhood

FORT GREENE, Brooklyn (PIX11) — Some residents of a western Brooklyn neighborhood say that they’ve been hearing a mysterious sound, intermittently, at various times of the day, for months now.
