Killjoy council removes frankly fabulous 20ft gold statue of naked man from car park

A 20ft gold statue of a nude adonis has been removed from a town centre car park by an ‘over-bearing’ council.
The figure, which was first used to promote the film Gladiator and leaves little to the imagination, was pulled down because Wigan Council said they were receiving too many complaints.
