Landlord Grainger ups dividend after big rise in rental income
Newcastle landlord Grainger has said it will pay a dividend after reporting strong half-year results.
Many companies have cancelled dividends as a result of the coronavirus outbreak but Grainger – the country’s largest listed landlord – is increasing its payments to shareholders by 6% after seeing rental income increase by 27% and profits of £22.8m in the first half of the year.
