This laughing gas dealer with one hell of a mugshot has been jailed after being caught with more than 25,000 canisters.
Robert Russ, 46, from Cardiff, was arrested on July 2 when 700 cylinders were found in his house and car.
Police then found another 25,200 being hidden at a warehouse lock-up nearby. The…
