It feels like an age since the Tories were first elected back in 2010. 
Through more prime ministers than I can care to count, the party’s meaningless slogans have drifted from ‘sunlit uplands,’ to ‘just about managing,’ and then ‘riding out the storm’.
And Liz Truss is certainly in the eye of a storm right now.
