Drivers are facing rush hour misery on two southeastern motorways this morning, with one closed after a tipper truck hit a bridge, and the other hit by delays.
At the same time, a yellow warning for wind is blanketing the whole of England, with lorry drivers warned poor weather conditions meant they could be at risk on bridges and exposed roads.
The M25 around London is currently closed clockwise between Junction 3 at Swanley and Junction 4 for Bromley, after a crash earlier today which saw emergency crews called to the scene at around 5.40am.
At 7am, an engineer was en route to carry out a structural inspection of the struck bridge, to check whether it is safe for the section of road to reopen.
The closure affects the M25 clockwise in Kent, which is closed between J3 (M20, Swanley) and J4 (Orpington).
