Major ‘urban village’ regeneration scheme receives £1.5m boost
A major regeneration scheme to create a new ‘urban village’ in Derby has received a seven-figure boost.
Castleward Urban Village, which involves building hundreds of homes on a 12-hectare brownfield site in the city centre, is to receive £1.5 million towards to creation of a new primary and nursery school.
