Man banned from entire town and retail park for ‘blatant’ shoplifting

A serial shoplifter has been banned from going to a town centre and a shopping area for five years.
Daniel Quinlan, 38, was told that if he goes to either Crewe town centre or the Grand Junction Retail Park he faces a jail sentence.
