A driver has spent months contesting a parking fine, claiming he got it on a non-existent road in London.
Hitesh Pabari has compiled a dossier to fight the ticket which he was handed in Harrow in May.
He said a plain clothes warden emerged from behind a tree to issue the fine before dashing off.
