Man ‘raped mum friend because she wouldn’t feed him her breast milk’

A 38-year-old man allegedly asked a longtime female friend who had just given birth if he could drink her breast milk – and raped her when she refused.

Cecil Heath Fuller went to the postpartum mum’s home in West Monroe, Louisiana, around 4.30pm on Tuesday, and asked her once inside, police said.

The woman, who knew Fuller for a decade, said his request was gross and that she was not interested because she had just given birth, the Daily Mail

But Fuller allegedly followed the woman into her bedroom and raped her.

The creep is accused of choking the mum until she could not breathe, and only stopped when her infant began crying.

Police interviewed the woman at the Glenwood Regional Medical Center.

Fuller was arrested and charged with second-degree rape.

He is being held at Ouachita Correctional Center with no bail.

Fuller gave a downcast expression and appeared to have dark eye circles in his mugshot.

The woman’s identity has not been released.

Fuller is a father-of-two and broke up with his wife and the mother of his children.

He also has a criminal record.

In November 2023, he was arrested as part of a drug bust in Monroe and charged with possession with the intention of distributing narcotics.

And in April 2018, he was busted at a drug house in West Monroe after police officers found him smoking meth in a back room with five children aged eight to 15 inside.
