A man who was jailed for less than five years for choking his lover to death has not had his sentence increase, despite activists’ campaigning.
Sam Pybus, 32, killed vulnerable mum-of-two Sophie Moss , in February this year and then used the so-called ‘rough sex’ defence in court.
