Manchester software developers acquired by global defence specialist for £25m
A North West technology firm has been bought by a global defence specialist in a deal worth £25m.
Manchester-based software development and data analytics firm Naimuri has been acquired by Qinetiq.
It’s hoped that Naimuri, which works with UK law enforcement, national security and intelligence bodies from its headquarters in Salford, will deliver revenues of over £9m in the 12 months to July 31.
