A new charitable foundation headed up by famed chef and restaurateur Marco Pierre White is looking for ‘good causes’ in the South West’s hospitality sector to apply for grant funding.
The Black and White Foundation, which is the brainchild of trustees Shezan Aslam and Nick Taplin, has been formed from Marco’s hotel management company Black and White Hospitality.
