Its momentum didn’t stop there. On Nov. 14, the movie officially opened in the United States, Canada and Guam, which signals one of Star Cinema’s strongest worldwide rollouts in recent years.
What makes the US launch particularly notable is the sheer number of partner cinemas embracing the film. “Meet, Greet & Bye” is screening across major chains.
US partner cinemas include:
AMC Theatres; Angelika Cinemas – San Diego, CA; Brenden Theatres (Concord, Modesto, Las Vegas, Vacaville); Cinemark; Galaxy (Boulevard Mall NV, Green Valley NV, Grandscape TX, Mission Grove CA); Gateway; Harkins; Laemmle; Landmark Cinemas; Maya Cinemas (Fresno, Bakersfield, Pittsburg CA); Megaworld; and Regal Cinemas – Tamuning, Guam.
The film’s global journey continues to expand. After its US rollout, screenings follow across the UK, Ireland and Austria on Nov. 15; Italy and France on Nov. 16; Greece on Nov. 22; and Spain on Nov. 23.
Viewers in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Brunei, Papua New Guinea and later Cambodia are also set to welcome the movie.
At its core, the movie follows the Facundos: an imperfect but deeply connected family dealing with unresolved conflict, emotional distance and the weight of past decisions. Each character carries their own pain and expectations, leading to tensions that simmer beneath the surface.
