A Merseyside law firm Smooth Law has acquired a Warrington-based boutique law firm as it continues its impressive growth following a successful sector quarter.
The Knowsley company said the move to acquire SorryMate Group Ltd for an undisclosed sum is “another clear statement of intent”, with its headcount rising to 25 across the two businesses.
