Metro Bank is having issues with its payment services this morning.

The bank has confirmed that it is trying to fix the problem, which is causing delays for customers trying to send or receive money.

Customers are advised to call the bank if they need to speak to someone.

Metro Bank has also issued a warning for personal and business telephone banking, saying calls are taking longer than usual to get through.

They are receiving a high number of calls at the moment, which is causing delays.

However, the majority of Metro Bank’s services are running as normal, including opening an online account, personal online banking, ATMs, and the app.
