Two teenagers who attacked a mosque in San Diego livestreamed themselves shooting three people dead before killing themselves.

Cain Clark, 17, is believed to have been wearing a bodycam when he entered the Islamic Center of San Diego with accomplice, Caleb Velasquez, 18, on Monday.

They can be seen standing over a body lying in a pool of blood before getting into their BMW.

Footage then shows them sitting in the car away from the scene. Clark, in the driver’s seat, shoots Velasquez twice before shooting himself.

A suicide note was left at one of the killer’s homes, which goes into detail on ‘racial pride’.

Hate speech and anti-Islamic writings were found in the car and scribbled onto the side of the weapons.

This includes an ‘SS’ sticker on the side of a gas can and a shotgun, believed to have been taken from one of the attacker’s parents.

Three men were killed in the shooting, including security guard Amin Abdullah, who ‘gave his life’ shielding others from gunfire.

The dad-of-eight’s actions have been described as ‘heroic’.

Mansour Kaziha and Nader Awad have been named as the other two victims by the Council on American-Islamic Relations-San Diego (Cair-SD).
