An elderly motorist had been at the wheel for 16 hours before killing a chef in a head-on collision while driving on the wrong side of the road, an inquest heard.
Billy Warwick-Jones, 20, died when a Ford Focus crashed into his motorbike at a combined speed of 100mph on the A3 near New Malden, Surrey, on August 29 last year.
