A mum who caused a ‘catastrophic’ head-on crash which killed her three-year-old daughter and teenage cousin has been jailed.
Uninsured Mary Stokes was driving without a license in an unroadworthy Peugeot 206 which had been sold for scrap after failing its MOT, a court heard.
