Newcastle technology firm bought in $12m acquisition
A Tyneside software firm has now been snapped up by a Canadian company in a deal potentially worth up to £9.5m.
Graham Parker and Charles Lee started Kontainers, an online container shipping platform, in 2014 when they took part in Newcastle’s Ignite accelerator, based at the time at Campus North, Carliol Square.
