NHS workers called ‘liers’ by vandals who sprayed swastika on hospital sign

Exhausted NHS staff were heartbroken when ‘hateful fools’ graffitied a swastika symbol on a hospital sign.
The words ‘liers’ [sic] and ‘CV 19’ were also written during the vile incident at Freeman Hospital in Newcastle.
