Northgate reveals plans to merge with Redde Plc in £1.1bn deal
Darlington van hire company Northgate is set to become a £1bn company after announcing plans to merge with fleet management firm Redde Plc.
If the deal is approved by shareholders, the new firm will become known as Redde Northgate Plc and will have a combined turnover of more than £1.1bn.
