Planning chiefs back Birmingham’s tallest building
City council chiefs in Birmingham have approved plans to build one of the region’s tallest residential buildings.
Designs for the 51-storey One Eastside project in the city centre were unveiled in May and have now won the backing of council planners.
Birmingham-based developer Court Collaboration is behind the project on land at the corner of Jennens Road and James Watt Queensway.
