Plans for £250m Newcastle riverside housing development get approval
A £250m development overlooking the River Tyne in Newcastle has been given the green light. The Quayside West project to the west of Newcastle city centre has been approved, with plans outlining a development that will include 1,100 new homes, a 135-bed hotel, restaurants, and shops.
