A police officer allegedly shot a teenager after a group of youngsters apparently tipped over a portable loo while the cop was inside.

The off-duty special deputy was working a second job as a security guard in East Cleveland, Ohio, when he went to use a porta potty, according to a Cuyahoga County spokesperson.

While the officer was inside, the loo was pushed over.

Upon emerging from the surely uncomfortable mess, the officer reportedly saw several people including an individual who was allegedly pulling a gun from his waistband, WOIO reported.

The officer is accused of opening fire on the group, which fled in a vehicle.

Later that day, a 15-year-old boy arrived at University Hospital with a gunshot wound. He is believed to have been shot by the officer. The teen is expected to survive.

The officer, who was not hurt, has not been named.

He appeared to maintain his police commission through the sheriff’s department, and was not working for the county.
