Private investor snaps up historic office building

A historic Grade II-listed office building has changed hands following a £595,000 acquisition.
Mansell House, in Bore Street, Lichfield has been snapped up by a private investor who paid the full asking price for the property.
The new owner now plans to refurbish the three-storey Georgian property – which boasts an extension, 3,380 sq ft of office space, car parking and a cellar.
