A Nottingham business park is now fully let after a deal was signed for the final remaining space.
Housing association Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing has signed a 20-year lease on premises at Beeston Business Park.
The park consists of Waterfront House, a 91,895 sq ft multi-let Grade A office building, three industrial units totalling 128,379 sq ft and a 0.71-acre development plot.
