Three property firms have been brought together in a major merger and acquisition.
Residential sales and lettings in Grimsby have been added to the pan-Humber commercial offering of Scotts Property, as the double deal completed.
Long-established town estate agency business Canters has been brought into the fold, while acquiring residential letting and managing agents Chisholm and Co.
