Seventeen’s Seungkwan, Jeonghan enjoy Hawaiian getaway with NCT’s Jungwoo

K-pop fans were treated to a dose of unexpected joy as Seventeen’s Seungkwan and Jeonghan shared glimpses of their relaxing beach trip to Hawaii. 

The two members were seen taking a selfie with the scenic Hawaiian sea as their backdrop. Jeonghan’s bright smile and fresh short haircut drew particular attention from fans, who were delighted to see him making a public appearance after a quiet spell.

Adding to the surprise, some of the snapshots Seungkwan posted also included NCT’s Jungwoo. The idol appeared to have joined the duo aboard a yacht, creating playful crossover moments between two of K-pop’s most beloved groups.

Seungkwan captioned one of his posts with a cheerful “하와이아이아이아이,” amplifying the carefree energy of the trip.

But beyond their island getaway, Seventeen is gearing up for one of their biggest undertakings yet, the “NEW_” World Tour. The tour recently launched in Incheon, South Korea, with back-to-back concerts on Sept. 13 and 14. 

Fans who cannot attend in person were given the chance to tune in through a livestream, ensuring global CARATs didn’t miss out on the kickoff.

The group’s tour is set to span across Japan and the United States, with the US leg beginning Oct. 11 in Tacoma, Washington. Additional stops include Los Angeles, Austin, Miami and Washington D.C.

While anticipation is high, Seventeen also confirmed that some members are currently fulfilling their mandatory military service. Hoshi and Woozi, in particular, were absent from the Incheon shows. Despite this, the remaining members carried the energy of the group forward. 

Between serene Hawaiian sunsets and the adrenaline of stadium stages, Seungkwan and Jeonghan’s recent trip only adds warmth to the excitement surrounding Seventeen’s global journey.

Fans now eagerly await the next chapters of both their personal adventures and their collective milestones on the world stage with their tour.
