Starbucks workers at LAX say they’re understaffed, overworked
Dozens of Starbucks baristas employed by HMSHost at Los Angeles International Airport say they’re severely understaffed and overworked, prompting many to quit as airport passenger traffic continues to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic.
HMSHost is currently in labor negotiations with the employees, who are represented by Unite Here Local 11.
