Stoke-on-Trent office building reaches full capacity after final unit is snapped up
An office building in the city has reached full capacity after the final unit was snapped up.
Commercial agents Harris Lamb have let the final suite at Etruria Office Village, based in Forge Lane, Etruria, to the facilities management division of Avison Young.
They have taken a five-year lease on the 3,300 square-foot suite in building three.
