An 18-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of arson after a man died and a woman was rushed to hospital following a house fire.
The male, in his 50s, was pronounced dead at the scene after being rescued from the blaze at a terraced home in Tame Road, Tipton, shortly after 8.10pm on Tuesday.
