Tesla deploys batteries in Qatar’s first oil-rich solar / storage project – Electrek

Qatar is rich in oil and natural gas, but it has adopted a ‘don’t get high on your own supply’ policy since 2017 and has started to diversify with solar power.

Now Tesla has deployed Powerpack batteries in the country’s first solar and storage project.
