The Coal Exchange Hotel to reopen under new management firm
The Coal Exchange Hotel in Cardiff Bay will reopen under new management later this month in a deal saving 40 jobs.
It will be operated by Eden Grove Properties, which has no links to the previous owners of hotel and the historic Coal Exchange building in subsidiary of Liverpool-based Signature Living – Signature Living Coal Exchange – which went into administration back in May owing creditors…
