Three men have today been arrested over the shooting of nine-year-old OliviaPratt-Korbel, with one held on suspicion of murder.
Merseyside Police said this afternoon that two men were arrested this morning in the Runcorn area in relation to the shooting in Knotty Ash on August 22.
