Police have warned drivers of delays near the M25 in Essex after a crash involving a motorbike and a car.
Air ambulances were scrambled to the junction of A13 and M25 after the crash near Lakeside in Grays.
The road was briefly closed eastbound for the emergency services at about 12pm after the collision, before all but one lane reopened.
Essex Police said earlier: ‘It was reported the collision happened about 11.45am. Ambulance and air ambulance colleagues are also at the scene.
‘Delays could last for several hours and drivers should check before they travel to plan their journeys appropriately.

‘We will provide further updates when the carriageway is open and we thank drivers for their patience.’
The incident is causing around 20-minute delays on approach, with one lane out of four closed, National Highways said.
Dartford Crossing is also in a gridlock northbound.
The UK’s busiest crossing is experiencing delays through the northbound tunnels, with traffic backing up through the A282 and onto the M25 towards junction J3 with the M20.
This appears to be due to normal weekend traffic and no crash has been reported there.
Further south, southbound traffic is at a standstill on the M25 near J5Sevenoaks, Kent, before the M26 junction after an earlier lorry crash.
The HGV spilt diesel on the slip road, and the emergency resurfacing works are being carried out.
