Turning point as Russia orders troops out of Kherson

Russia has ordered its troops to pull out of the occupied Ukrainian city of Kherson in a move hailed as a potential turning point in the eight-month war.
The retreat, from the only regional capital Moscow has captured since the invasion in February, was announced by defence minister Sergei Shoigu.
