Never mind that the large cap indices are rising with a lagging magnitude. Never mind that the number of stocks hitting new highs is so low as the S&P 500 knocks on the door of a new all-time high. I mean, 59 new highs for the New York Stock Exchange with the breathtaking S&P of a new all-time high?
