University of Birmingham secures new funding for green train development
University of Birmingham has secured £400,000 in funding to help it develop a new green train.
The institute said ‘HydroFLEX’ would be the UK’s first hydrogen-powered train and this new capital from the Department for Transport moved the project closer to it becoming a commercial reality.
