The shotgun appeared to be pictured on the same carpet on which Cole Allen was lying in another picture

The shotgun allegedly used by the suspect in the assault on the White House Correspondents’ Dinner has been pictured for the first time.

Cole Tomas Allen is accused of trying to storm the glitzy Washington event with the weapon – as well as a handgun and multiple knives.

and other top members of his administration.

It was pictured on patterned carpet, which appeared to be the same floor where Allen himself was pictured lying topless and face down following his arrest.

A new photo taken immediately after his arrest shows Allen wrapped in a mylar blanket and sitting against a marble column.
