A young woman who stole a ring from a pensioner’s finger in a distraction theft was caught after leaving her DNA on sticky tape.
Claudia Buncici approached her 83-year-old victim with a decoy gift while saying it was her birthday – only to instead escape with two items of ‘irreplaceable’ jewellery.
