Wykeland Group swoops for huge Hull city centre properties
Two huge Hull city centre properties – including the former Marks and Spencer – have been snapped up by Wykeland Group, with home-gown regeneration now on the cards.
The Whitefriargate premises – the other accommodating music specialist HMV and the former fashion chain New Look – have been bought from a Jersey-based property fund in an undisclosed deal.
