US-based Filipino singer-songwriter Ylona Garcia is launching a new competition series aimed at discovering performers in the Bay Area.
Fresh from the release of her singles “Question Mark” and “Could’ve Been,” the former Pinoy Big Brother 737 runner-up announced that she is testing a concept called “Roll Call,” a platform to give talented individuals the opportunity to showcase their skills both online and live onstage with her.
Garcia shared that the first edition of “Roll Call” will take place in the Bay Area. One selected winner will receive $250 and the chance to perform alongside her at a festival in San Jose on March 28.

According to the singer, the competition is open to singers, rappers, musicians and live performers who are based in the Bay Area.
To audition, interested participants have to submit a one- to two-minute performance tape. They must also post their video publicly, or upload it as unlisted and comment the link under her announcement.
The deadline for submissions is on March 18, 2026 at 12 p.m. PST.
Encouraging fans to spread the word, Garcia reminded them that only members of her broadcast channel group are eligible to join, adding that friends must join the “y channel” first before submitting entries.
Closing her message on an uplifting note, Garcia wished everyone the best of luck and said she was excited to see them “step up + step into your Roll.”
