A yoga teacher who went on the run after allegedly killing a pro-cyclist in a jealous rage has denied first degree murder.
Kaitlin Armstrong, 34, fled to Costa Rica for more than a month over the death of Moriah ‘Mo’ Wilson, 25, on May 11.
