Zip World had 2,000 applications for 30 jobs as adventure giant gears up for Rhigos summer opening

Zip World had 2,000 applications for 30 adventure jobs as it gears up to open its first South Wales site this summer.

Plans for The Tower site on the Rhigos Mountain in Rhondda Cynon Taf were approved last year and include three zip wire courses, parking facilities and a reception area.

Building works on phase one of the site is underway and bosses are targeting opening the site in early July.
